Was told I make too much to get a one bedroom apartment for 900, even though I only bring home 1100 each paycheck. Then tried to offer me a 1 bedroom for 1500!! What kind of sense does that make, and the person from their leasing office hung up in my face when I said I couldn't afford their ridiculous 1500 dollar rent. It's very out of touch and ignorant to think that a single woman could afford 1500 of rent when these apartments are barely worth the 900 dollars

Thank you ms.tykeshia and Niesha . Yall are a blessing. Mrs.Lawrence and Mrs.Neisha are very kind, and patient, friendly, and so helpful. She went above, and beyond to address any concerns, and accommodate to put me somewhere i would be comfortable. My kids LOVE the apartment & I love where my unit is located. Im so glad I was able to move & the managers that I worked with that helped me. I dont know about the other reviews as I only had experience with these 2 managers. They both deserve a raise, and a hand clap of praise. Thanks so much !

There was a time in my life when I didn’t know where I would sleep at night. I remember the fear, the uncertainty, and the feeling of just wanting a safe place to call home. Today, I’m beyond grateful to say I have that place. This apartment complex has been more than just walls and a roof. It’s been a fresh start, a safe space, and a reminder that things really can get better. I am so thankful for the opportunity to rebuild my life here. A very special thank you to Ms. Tykeisha. Your kindness, patience, and heart truly made a difference for me. You didn’t just do your job, you showed compassion, and that’s something I will never forget. From being homeless to having a home… I am grateful beyond words. Thank you for being part of my journey. 🏡✨ Senora & Destiny K.

I had a great experience working with the leasing agent throughout my apartment application and move-in process. She was professional, patient, and very responsive, taking the time to explain each step clearly and answer all of my questions. The process can be stressful, but her communication and support made everything feel much more manageable. I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, and I’m grateful for how smoothly everything turned out. I’m excited to call this place home and would definitely recommend this property based on my experience.
